Congratulations RiaAnn.:T :T :TWent to the doctors and he has given me the form for the 21 day blood test and my DH has been to see his doctor to be referred for sperm count. The only problem with the sperm test is that they have about a 3 week wait for an appointment and he is going away to work for 10 weeks so we can't get in before he goes
I don't know if these are any good, I just noticed them for sale when I was buying my ov sticks, but maybe they'd be an indicator? Though I'd still make sure to keep my doctors appointments too.

Hi all
Havent posted on here for a while but been following all your lovely stories. Congrats on all the BFPs!!!
Well AF raised her ugly head on Sat morning. Kinda disappointed but trying to hold my head up and get on with it.
One thing to be thankful for I suppose is that she raised her ugly head on day 28 so am slightly more confident about calculating my cycles.
Awwww well..........................here goes for another month.

Congratulation RiaAnn!!! And welcome to the new members of this crazy club!!! (Well, I am getting crazy with this ttc!)
I am in my post-AF time (my AF seems to be getting shorter and shorter, this time I had a bit of spotting on Monday, very heavy AF on Tuesday, very light bleeding on Wednesday, and bearly a spot the next day... - here goes my 7 day bleeding I used to have not so long ago!!!!). I finally got confirmed I am going for a training course to Norway at the end of September, and it seems to be at the time when my next AF is due - hope it won't be as painful as this time!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Hi, glad everyone is okay - CONGRATS to RiaAnn, BFP - way to go!!!!!
Sadly despite sore boobs, AF has just arrived with her case tonight, although it means I am back to my 28 day cycle which is good news.

Hi all, and congrats to RiaAnn!!
I have decided to take the NHS advice that one month is the time needed to wait after the MMR before TTC.
So we are back to it, lets see what happens. Thanks for all the advice, i lurk constantly. And Baby dust to you all, may september be a fantastic month!Leopardlady

Congrats RiaAnn fingers crossed for a happy, healthy pregnancy.
Hi to all newbies :hello:
Well, I took the plunge this morning and did a test because I still haven't had an AF - it's amazing that I never had the urge to test before, but once the bugg£rs are in the house they've been calling out to me (got them on Saturday) :rotfl: it was a BFN which I wasn't particularly surprised about.
Now off to email consultant to see how long I will have to wait for AF to turn up0 -
Hi All,
Congrats on the BFPs.
I am in the AF crowd and she has been here for nearly 2 weeks on and off which is very strange, intially thought it was IB but just kept going then turned into proper AF (which hopefully will end soon.....) so appears that my cycle has gone completely bonkers now!
Have decided that we are actually going to start ttc now and not wait till after NY holiday as it looks like it will probably take much longer than I expect (and after thinking I might be pg this month and wasn't has made something go off inside me and now I want to be pg now now now!!).
I was thinking about getting a BBT thermometer and starting that malarky, but my friend said I should just try and have some unprotected fun first- although I am still tempted to get one (I am geeky science type and this seems quite a good thing to do in my head). Just to ask a question, do you need a special type of BBT to be able to do a vaginal reading/ The ones I was looking at on ebay don't seem to mention that you can do this with them?
Cheers0 -

I am geeky type... Numbers are my friends...
Anyway, I have Boots BBT, with the diary, which is useful to me, as I can record the temp and I keep it all in the small folder/case that it came in, so it is not that obvious if I forget to hide it when people come around.
And I take my temp orally, not down south. I actually managed to wait 1 month from starting ttc to getting the thermometer!!!!! (Just because I didn't know about them before...)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
