I lost weight, went from a 24 to a 12, not for this reason though but thinking it was just as well and in the nick of time. I'd recommend looking up low carb diets as I'm now a semi convert, but I mostly counted my calories. If you want to pm I have a weight loss web site, youre welcome to join (not advertising though lol)
Kind of ruins my anonimity here lol, but if you kind of keep who i am to yurself then all is well£200 saved for baby things :T0 -
Feeling down today......
Day 25 - No OV this month - clinic were supposed to call me yesterday to let me know what the 'next steps' will be, but not heard from them and can't keep leaving them answerphone messages (they will think I am an obsessed madwoman - hang on - maybe I am! LOL somewhat maniacally!!!!!).
Was feeling so positive about the FET earlier this month, having finally got the all-clear from the breast clinic about my lumps... Now yet more waiting to see if they will 'take control' of my next cycle with medication, to try and get me to OV so I can have the FET next time.
It'll be just my luck if they get me to OV and then the Frosties aren't viable when they take them out of the freezer.......The best advice you can give your children: "Take responsibility for your own actions...and always Read the Small Print!"

Been doing OV test the past 3 months now and tcc for 4 months, my cycle is 23-27 days and I get the right cm around the time I am meant to (as per websites Day 11 onwards) but the problem is I have never has a peak on the OV tests I use (from internet and haveused diff brands each time)
is it possible that even though have th cm and regular cycle that I am not ovulating???
1) Do you take your BBT? This (if done correctly) will tell you if you HAVE ovualted.
2) I think it may be possible to have a regular cycle, CM and no ov (anovulatory cycle). However probably more likely the ov tests are just not working.
3) are you using the kind of ov test that measures LH surge? if so, even if you get a line this can't tell you if you HAVE ovulated only that you MAY be about to. I think some of the expensive digital ones measure other hormone levels, so may give you more info.0 -
I had some good news today, I had a rebate from the council tax for £121, so I am going to ask for it and put £100 in the TTC pot!
I'm not doing bad sneaking a few pound away here and there and then that!
So even though I hav'nt got the money yet I'm going to add it to my total so it is accounted for and must go towards it
ps heart shaped cervix sounds rather special to me! xx

If I was starting TTC now I would tell no-one until I was pg and at least 3-4 months gone.
It gets very boring/annoying always hearing "Are you pg yet?" "Are you sure you are putting it in the right place?".....and yes, I have had someone say that to me
Being 4 years down the line and friends and family knowing about our problems we rarely get anything said now.
I do think though that if you have at least one person you tell it gives you someone to talk about what is or isn't happening. You can share your thoughts and feelings.
I know that's what hubby/BF/partner is for but I found it useful to have a female friend knowing too.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
