The question is though what OP thinks of having these brothels near him.
I'm quite capable of a "social crusade" (or three:rotfl:) myself - but wouldnt concern myself from that viewpoint.
Mine would be more of a "ohmygawd - my house value" level I have to admit. :rotfl:I'm too old an agegroup now to be concerned at a personal level - ie fearing I might get propositioned by accident (but that would have been a worry up until about 15 years ago).
Thankfully OP is a man - but it was a valid point that he might get mistaken for a punter (if not a worker) then...
You might be being a bit naive there, I think I was 11 the first time I was approached, remember my granny saying she had been stopped and she was about 60, I've been approached at 8 am on my way to school in school uniform and when I was 9 months pregnant with a 10lb baby so they couldn't miss the bump. There is a market for anyone and anythingSell £1500

11 years old/in school uniform and yep....even heavily pregnant - there are men out there with distinct "kinks".
Hmmmm....dont know how many women in their 60s would get approached:think:. Though maybe there are men out there "bending" that way too...now tries to recall the last time I spotted a man looking at me in the street and it would probably be a few years now:(. Age of Invisibility 'r Us....:cool:0 -

You would be surprised, there are prostitutes in their 60s.
One of the most shocking cases I ever dealt with was a young woman who was stopped with a client. She was in labour and we had to rush her paperwork through and get her to hospital.Sell £1500

My friend lived above a brothel, she started a blog. If you google "myneighboursarehoors" you will find it. It was amusing0

I won't be belting out on the streets to supplement my pension any time soon I think:rotfl:
Hmmm...I'm obviously not getting all the neighbourhood gossip quite yet - as I've not heard a word about any of that sort of "action" round here. I could tell you quite a lot about what the local would-be "great and good" are up to (and I gather there is a lot more I've yet to hear on that front...) but not a dicky bird on that topic...
I've probably not worked out the local "dress code" for that sort of thing here - only got as far as clicking that it's about two levels higher on the "cover up" clothing front for all women here compared to what I'm used to seeing...higher necklines/more layers of clothing/etc. Thought suddenly struck me that it's a good job that I spend most of my time in jeans and am prone to the current scarf around throat fashion at the moment - as maybe my usual way of dressing IS the local "dress code" for "on the game" - whoops!0 -

It was a credit to your school to allow you to continue with your studies when you were in that condition
I was going to say, at my school you were instantly expelled, in case you corrupted the rest of us!
Unfortunately, it didn't work. The head boy got the head girl up the duff, but they did the decent thing and said nothing, till after their exams....:)0 -
I obviously went through my schooldays in sublime ignorance by the sound of it. I cant recall a single case of anyone getting pregnant - though I was aware of a few people have - shall we put it - more of a "social life;)" ahem...than my friends and I did.
Guess any expulsions that happened went "straight past my nose" then.
All I recall was that there were two lessons on that sort of thing - one on birth control and one of everyone being sent in to watch a live childbirth film:eek:. Certainly did the trick as far as I was concerned...:rotfl:0
