I tested after posting this using a Clear Blue one and it was negative. No more bleeding after the bit first thing and now there's a creamy white discharge. No more nausea either after earlier. So i'll have to see if AF does show up and poss test again in a few days...

I did say to fella things come in threes...First engaged, then house so it's baby's turn to show up next :rotfl:

Right folks, i need help because i'm confused as heck right now...

I bought a load of the OPK test strips off ebay and I just thought i'd test one considering the symptoms i mentioned earlier. That test line is the darkest one I've had so far. There was no line at all a few days ago.

What does this even mean? Surely i wouldn't ovulate at such a late stage?

I've read that they can show positive if you're pregnant! Try a frer, they're more sensitive! Eek good luck!!

I think your cm turns creamy white after you have ovulated. You can also get a little red blood when ovulating. It is possible that you have ovulated this late as your body will still be settling down after coming off the pill.

However, confusingly I think you can also get the discharge if you are pregnant!

I would DTD and retest in a few days as well to cover both bases!

I did just wonder if I had ovulated already and that’s what caused the nausea this morning. We DTD last night and looking at my calendar we’ve definitely covered ourselves if I have ovulated late and prior to today. So fingers crossed for an extra Christmas present!

I’ve done another OPK test tonight and the test line is even darker, darker even than the control line. What does that mean? I’ve had cramps today too for the first time in ages.

Try a Tesco/ Asda test that’s like £1 for 2 as there the most sensitive. But when I found out I was pregnant I used the ovulation sticks for several weeks as I couldn’t believe it but they are really sensitive to pregnancy so you could well be

1940sgal, that is so exciting about your house! Are you moving in before xmas day?

AF seems to have gone now. It’s been my longest AF for a long time! I have scheduled a docs app for two days after OH’s sperm analysis just before xmas. I don’t think they will have the results back but I am hoping she will put my referral through to the fertility clinic, although I have a few other things to ask about anyway.

Made £80 over the weekend selling some stuff on Facebook which has gone straight in the NYC fund! Still lots to declutter mind!
