Skimper, well at least you know now I suppose.

I have just turned 33 and my husband turned 38 this year. We have been together 6 years and married for 18 months. We are in the process of buying a bigger house together to hopefully raise our family in. We have two boys already (my step sons) and would love two more. We have been trying for 11 months, and on cycle 11.

Leahg87, welcome! It is nice to have some new members as we saw a flurry of BFPs recently! I hope your stay is short also. Would you like to go on the lists?

1940sgal, congratulations on your engagement! I remember the engagement period so fondly, it is so exciting to be planning your wedding and the first day as Mr and Mrs! Have you made any plans for the wedding other than the year?

For those of you that temp, does your temp start to reduce just before AF is due? Or on the day it is due?

We have started talking about our holiday for next year. We have decided to go to NYC at the end of July so were waiting to see if we got a BFP. I think we will book the holiday in the boxing day/new year sales as even if we got a BFP in January the due date would be October so I’d still be able to go!

May 2020 and that’s all we know so far. We’re only having a ceremony at the register office then a family meal after, we’re not doing anything big. Neither of us can stand all that fuss and attention. That’s pretty much when we decided to TTC now rather than wait til we’re married, because at that point I’ll be nearly 37!

It is lovely getting to know people as I haven’t told a soul in real life about TTC! I have been with the OH 12 years so people have actually given up asking!

I have really long irregular cycles (well did prepill) and am worried this will be an issue. Hoping it won’t be an issue but it does mean I get less chances as most of my cycles were 40 something days!

1940s that sounds really nice! I love weddings and engagements! I only wanted a small wedding as I hate being the centre of attention! OH wouldn’t have it so we had something in between

PKK how old are your stepsons? Moving house is stressful but it will be worth it - we bought our house with the intention of having a big family. We initially wanted 4 but I am thinking we may be too late - I would love 2/3 though

Since I had a positive OPK I have become obsessed and a crazy symptom spotter! Keep telling myself to stop being silly and wait for my period!

1940sgal, I am a big believer that every wedding is amazing and special as long as it is done exactly how the couple want (and can afford!). I’ve been to wedding in cities, abroad, the country, in the backroom of a pub, in a converted barn, with 11 guests , with 100 guests… all just as beautiful and special as it was exactly what the bride and groom wanted. Hopefully you will have a little extra guest for your wedding day!

Wootsit, my stepsons have just turned 12 and 14. I always wanted a family of 5, so three more but OH has said 2 is the max and given my age I think that is sensible!

Well AF due today according to Ovia and FF. 13dpo, no AF, temp still raised, BFN… so I guess I just wait for the witch to arrive this weekend! My cycles can vary by a few days so it’s no surprise she isn’t here to be honest.

I have really tender boobs today and was kind of hopeful it could be a pregnancy symptom (getting carried away) as I would be 6DPO if the OPK on Sat was right but tonight I am spotting ☹️ More disappointed that I have t had a proper LP which means even if I did OV it wouldn’t have come to anything! Not calling it AF yet but something it up!

Nearly the weekend! Yay!

AF arrived this morning

Wootsit, it could be implantation bleeding.

We have the day off work today so the weekend starts today for me! Hoping to get lots of jobs sorted this morning then we are putting our xmas tree up tonight which I am very excited about!

Sorry the witch got you PKK. Ive found out that my lump is a hernia...waiting list is more than 6months and my doctor said I shouldn't put off ttc....to be honest I'm just feeling like maybe it's not my time...

I am sorry PKK. Hopefully you will get your Christmas miracle!

I am trying not to get my hopes up that it could be that - it seems too soon but obviously know some people do get lucky. I would feel a bit of a fraud if it was though to others on here. I am going out to get a test now though - I have no idea when my period would be due so will just test in a couple of days if my period doesn’t develop (TMI but still brown/pink but not stopping).

CCJ sorry about the hernia op it would be so good if we all had a window inside and could see what was going on!!
