I have £2.25... I'll be a bit miffed if I don't get it. Have we established whether what they're doing is even legal? Sorry I haven't read through the entire 13-pages of this thread :S I've just dropped them an email though so will await their response! x0

I have just received a reply to my email complaining that I only had £14 in my account and was a pound short to collect all my money.
They have increased in to £15 and I have now been able to collect all my vouchers

Just sent 2 polite emails (hubby and myself) but conveyed the disappointment about the money disappearing.Just have to wait and see what happens now.0

I just checked my account and the balance has been increased from £2.25 to £5!
I complained as I was missing 50p from a refer a friend from ages ago plus haven't had a survey for months but got an invite for juicybrains via a different survey company
Anyway, another £5 off a Christmas present! I didn't get an email I just logged in to my account and it was there.:T0 -

I find it strange that they are/were willing to p off lots of JB members when they are launching the new site soon , wouldnt it have been better for them to keep the members they had and add to them. , or is it just me.
