Hi guys sorry I didn't realise that people have until the 10th of December to cash their juice. So I've moved out this thread to make people aware that they can email Cedric to make up their account to £5 to get an Amazon voucher. Thank you Queenriderbrekke for the info

My brother got his account upped to £5 from £4.75...... but now he can't access his account :rolleyes:
He could access a couple of hours ago but now that they've increased his balance he can't access it

Thank you to everyone who has posted re problems. I too couldn't get in to my account but didn't think I had much in there. But having read everyones comments I emailed Cedric and received my original password. I was amazed to find I had £13.50 and have managed to claim 2 Amazon Vouchers. Have just emailed regarding the remaining £3.50 so will let you know how I get on. Thank you all once again.

i emailed them to ask if there was any more surveys to be done to top up my balance, didn't receive a reply but when i logged on my balance was £5. so if you've not had a reply to your e-mail just check your account.

Which e-mail address have people been using to get a reply. I have sent several emails since the 10th and not got a single reply. I think i have about £27 in my account, so am keen to cash it in.
