I'd just like to thank Juicybrainspanel for doing the honourable thing and increasing balances to payout level for people.
Both my account and my daughters account have been increased to payout level after emailing them and I appreciate this so much as anyone who has ever completed a survey knows how much time and effort went into earning the money.

Juicybrains has been one of the most fun survey sites, with decent rewards for their surveys and it is a shame they have closed.

I can understand why you moved the thread but the company hasn't closed yet, people have until the 10th December to cash their juice in so in moving the threads you will possibly stop someone seeing that if they email cedric their account will be made up to the £5 needed to get an Amazon voucher and they will lose out:D"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

After several days of complaining and anger, its good to see that the panel did the decent thing and solved the problem. I'm very, very, very happy they bumped my £2.50 up to a fiver. I would've been perfectly happy with just having my original balance!

They paid me too! I will take back everything I said and I hope that they have learnt from the experience. Its good to see such a positive response to feedback from us.

but a lot of people, including me, can't log in to their accounts - for some reason it looks like they have been disabled.0 -
wow I'm so glad that I spotted this thread, was feeling a bit disgruntled that I was going to lose my £3.75. Will email now!
