  • I'm the same, 3 emails and no reply. I certainly won't be joining their new panel, fed up of chasing now, they can keep it!
If you’re British in the living room, what are you in the bathroom? European!
  • Pixiepie, you could get an free email address just for this (Orange are quick and easy to make one with and as my account is with Orange I know that Cedric receives them) but remember to include the details of the account that you are referring to.

I would attempt to email for you but it would be no different to you making an account your self and doing it and the details you would have to PM me with are against board rules to give.

  • Cedric :p replied to my request within about 24 hours, and my £3.50 has been upped to £5 :T I've requested my Amazon voucher (as I've spent it already  ) and am awaiting the e-mailed voucher.

    Thanks for this, OP :A

They increased my balance from £4 to £5 and I claimed voucher which was sent straight away. I had been a member of their creative panel and received a £5 survey last week, which was paid within a couple of hours.

Have also been asked to join their new creative community, not sure what it will involve at this stage.

I've been with Juicy Brains for a long while now, and they have always been a great company to deal with.
  • what's their creative panel? i've never heard of it :(

For a while they had sent surveys worth £5 each. You had to come up with around 8 to 10 creative ideas about new products.

It looks like they are keeping this side on in a different format.

well, i appreciate their acting and upping my leftover balance from £1.00 to £5.00 - i'd emailed and asked for just the money i was owed for doing work for them, not the £5.00. it did take 2 weeks but i guess they are very busy. oh, and i use hotmail.
    i was very pleasantly surprised.
    thank you juicy brains!
