i have email twice now over the past 2 weeks and now received confirmation that my balance of 25p has been increased to £5 - result !!!!!! - hence amazon voucher claimed

so if you have a minimal amount in your account its worth trying to get it increased !!!

Thanks OP, I've just sent an email so fingers crossed Cedric is still feeling generous.

I figured that he won't be too much out of pocket as perhaps many won't email about it, so you're potentially getting what others aren't claiming.

I emailed them and within 48 hours had a reply and my £2.45 upped to £5.00. Requested my voucher and it was sent instantly. Many thanks to OP.
