Just wanted to say thanks for this thread - I don't often come on this board, & had no idea the company was closing. I just logged on & had £10 which I've cashed in - would probably never have visited the site without receiving surveys, so thanks :T

Thanks OP, just spotted your post, I hadn't heard that they were closing either, just logged on and I've got £4.75 in my account. Just e-mailed them.

Thanks to moneysavingexpert's boards I emailed them and got my £3 balance raised to £5 - claimed a voucher and got it immediately.

Thanks from me too, I knew they were closing from their e mail but just thought I'd lose my £3.50. I saw this, sent an e mail and got it topped up to £5. I told my friend and she got £1.25 added too.

I have emailed 3 times now ever since the first email came out about Juicy shutting down and have yet to have a response, so they will get no appreciation from me. Don't really know what else to do as it would appear it is a problem with sending emails from hotmail that is causing it to go into their spam pile? Or they just don't like me lol.

If anyone wants to email on my behalf, I would appreciate it :rotfl:
