Hi,
Anyone know the email address to use please to contact them to ask about the balance. I've tried once and it bounced back.
Thanks very much!0 -
I've just emailed them on this cedric.bri@brainjuicer.com
hasn't bounced back yet! So we may be able to contact them - if they answer, that is.
Thanks all for the heads up about claiming when your balance was under £5. I've recently done the tea bag testing survey- but then they shut down and I couldn't give my feedback and get the £3.50 owing to me - which would have brought my balance up to around £5.50. Just tried to log-in to the site with a password that was working when they anounced their closure - and guess what? Doesn't work now!
sorry the address is correct- but I can't make the link work in the posting!0 -
I just logged in fine and I've got £3.50 so I'm going to try e mailing too. Thanks, I wouldn't have thought of this. I cashed in £10 on Monday after getting their e mail about them closing and was cross at losing so much money. I shall miss them too but not that headache inducing orange!0

I have a balance of £4 and will try emailing. Thanks for posting.0

Thanks for the e mail adsress. I haven't been able to log in for quite a while. And couldn't even check my password was correct as they didn't recognize my e mail. I have e mailed Cedric. Maybe I will get something.Queenriderbrekke wrote: »Also you could try emailing cedric@brainjuicer.com for some help logging in:DAnyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
