    Thanks

    It's ok, I have found it! :o
  • Thanks OP. thought I would just lose my money as I am just under a fiver to I have also e-mailed them.
  • but a lot of people, including me, can't log in to their accounts - for some reason it looks like they have been disabled.

They did recently change everyones password when they changed the website, have you tried forgotten password?

    Hi,
Anyone know the email address to use please to contact them to ask about the balance. I've tried once and it bounced back.
    Thanks very much!

I've just emailed them on this cedric.bri@brainjuicer.com
hasn't bounced back yet! So we may be able to contact them - if they answer, that is.
Thanks all for the heads up about claiming when your balance was under £5. I've recently done the tea bag testing survey- but then they shut down and I couldn't give my feedback and get the £3.50 owing to me - which would have brought my balance up to around £5.50. Just tried to log-in to the site with a password that was working when they anounced their closure - and guess what? Doesn't work now!

sorry the address is correct- but I can't make the link work in the posting!

I just logged in fine and I've got £3.50 so I'm going to try e mailing too. Thanks, I wouldn't have thought of this. I cashed in £10 on Monday after getting their e mail about them closing and was cross at losing so much money. I shall miss them too but not that headache inducing orange!

Thanks for the e mail adsress. I haven't been able to log in for quite a while. And couldn't even check my password was correct as they didn't recognize my e mail. I have e mailed Cedric. Maybe I will get something.
