Just want to say a big thanks. When I first got the email saying they were closing, doormat that I am, I gave in without really trying, assuming they would have some cop out clause in the small print. After reading the advice here I sent Cedric a few emails (the first 2 bounced back but I persevered) and he finally upped my balance from £3.25. Fingers crossed I get my voucher now, lol.

If you mean you are waiting for a code for your voucher emweaver, if you sign into your juicy brains account the voucher code should be listed in your account:D

well, i got my email yesterday telling me they are going to up my balance to £5 (from £2) so i logged in and there was my fiver waiting! Ive added it to my amazon account already just need to spend it now lol!

Kudos to OP and juicybrainspanel for implementing a way for users to access their remaining balance. I was pleased to receive a £5 gift certificate on my £3.75 account balance. I'll be registering on the new site based on this.
