Just emailed my complaint to them ,

I find it strange that they are/were willing to p off lots of JB members when they are launching the new site soon , wouldnt it have been better for them to keep the members they had and add to them. , or is it just me.

Yeah, but you don't even get paid for the new site, which is most likely why they have not transferred across accounts. They want people to give big companies new ideas and the best idea will get a prize. Sounds like a lot of hard work and a right con to me.

Can I ask what email you are using to contact and get the amount made up to £5 as my attempts at a response have not worked so far and as I have £3 in my account and my daughter has £3.75 in hers I will be upset if we both lose out.

cedric@brainjuicer.com is the one i used,i wrote
I would like to add to the list of complaints about you not paying out credits for people who do not have £5.00 in their juicy brains account. I myself have £3.00, and do not see why i should have to lose this, every little helps and adds up. I had a reply the same day saying we have increased your credit balance, so you can claim a voucher.

Also think it's a bit rude that they've replied to people who only complained yesterday before replying to others who complained on the day they 'informed' us of their plans.. Sent three emails now but still waiting for a reply that says something other than they are very busy.

Glad to see some people are getting 'topped up' though :)

• I have just emailed them, I ordered an amazon voucher on the 14th which has not arrived yet but they also still owe me £2.25.

I sent another email the other day and have yet to have a response at all. I'll add myself to the unfair brigade.

• I have just spoken to a lovely lady at Brain juicer who on her own is gradually going through all the complaints and adding money to peoples account. It looks like some people have already had this from reading the board.

I was advised to email a complaint and she would reply as soon as possible.

I'd give it a few days as she said she has over a thosand to get through.

well, after log in issues and finally getting my £5.00 voucher, i decided that loosing my remaining earnings of £1.00 was worth an email to the poor lady. so i wrote a very polite one asking if i could have my remaining £1.00 somehow.
i'll let you know if i get a response!
Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Frugal Living Challenger. No buying cleaning products. I used MSE advice to reduce my car insurance from 550 to 325!! & paid it off in full!!!
• I recieved my £5 amazon voucher a few days a go, went to purchase some dvd's on Amazon today using my code and it says the code has already been redeemed which it hasn't. Probably worth a check to see if everyone else's is working ok. I've sent an email to juicybrains so I'll let you all know if I get a response.
