  • I originally complained on the same day that the email was received from JB and had heard nothing but the standard acknowledgement, so I replied to that acknowledgement this morning complaining I had not had a proper reply. I've now had an email telling me my account has been topped up from £3.50 to £5.00, have cashed in my juice, received my amazon code and added it to my account. I wonder if they'll do the right thing for people who don't complain!

I just got upped from £4.25 to £5, got the voucher through immediately and it seems to have added on to my account okay - definitely worth complaining!

I just got my balance topped up to £5, from £2.50, got my voucher immediately, and added it to my Amazon account balance without any problems. Glad to see they're doing the right thing!

  • After reading this thread I just complained again and got an email within half an hour saying they'd topped my account up from £3 to £5. I just redeemed and the voucher came through straight away! Even if you've complained I think its worth while sending another email if you haven't heard back.

Wow... I am a bit more impressed now! They upped my account to £5 at 11ish this morning, and I had my voucher by lunchtime. Got another £5 for my Christmas fund, so I'm happy!

Looks like a stern email is what does the trick!

Got my email to say account increased to £5. Cashed it in straight away and added it my Amazon account also. They also said they would the same to my wife's account if she emails them directly. All's well that ends well!
