I had £2.50 and they upped it to £5 after an email so definately worth doing it. Probably a lot of people that wouldn't bother that they're saving the money on.0

I had a reply the next day. I just put that I was sorry to hear that they were closing and that I had £3.50 in my account. I asked if the money was lost or if there was any way I could claim it.0 -
they upped mine to a fiver after 2 e-mails from £2.250

mine was upped to £5 today, i only had £1.25 in my accountwins so far:- absolutely nothing, not even an arguement:mad:0

BeenieCat, if you go to the juicy brain panel 'Your Account', then click on 'check your full survey history' button at the bottom, it should show your amazon code on the next page iyswim?, you can just copy and paste into amazon, just done it with both of mine, I didn't wait for the emails!
I've emailed them a couple of times, each time reminding them that the money was money that I had earned from doing their surveys and I expected them to honour the agreement. Looks like if you ask you will get paid, eventually.0 -

well, i emailed when they said they were stoipping and they sent me the voucher quite quickly. (i had about 4.00)
then they asked me to take another survey! so i did. then i updated my info and i had £1.00 in it! so i emailed asking for my earnings (not the top up to £5) about 2 weeks ago and this morning an email came to say i'd been topped up to £5.00 !! Woo!!

They topped me up from £1.50 to £5 too0
