Wow, I'm a bit confused - I never received an e-mail from Juicy Brains saying they were closing down!! I only have £1.75, but I think I shall have to complain - they should ensure they notify everyone on JB. Does anyone have a contact e-mail that actually works?0

Just checked my voucher and it says it has already been redeemed. i've emailed Cedric but don't hold out much hope of a reply. Really annoyed about it!0

just had an email from cedric saying that Amazon say i've already redeemed my voucher- what a load of rubbish! i havent bought anything from Amazon since 2007!! email now gone to them and cedric to find out what's going on......AAAAAARRRRGH!0

Just e-mailed again, and swiftly had this reply:
"Dear Juicy Brain,
Thanks for your email. We have increased your credit balance so that
you can claim a £5 Amazon voucher with your remaining balance.
I am very sorry for the delay in replying, we have had an influx of
emails and we haven't been able to reply to all emails within our usual
timeframes.

I have just received an email telling me that my account has been topped up by £1.25 to allow me to get an Amazon £5 voucher. It appears that they are doing the right thing and paying up.0
