I've now managed to login and claim my Amazon voucher which was sent to me instantly. I had to email Cedric himself or I'd still be stuck trying to login. cedric@brainjuicer.com

    Good luck all.
  • Just to let you know that if you email cedric there will be a delay in the response:

    Dear Juicy Brain,

Thank you for getting in touch.

We really appreciate you taking the time to email us and we would like to assure you that we are looking into a way of resolving the issue.

We have had an influx of emails so please allow two weeks for us to get back in touch with you.

But, I can assure you that we will.

    Kind regards

    Cedric

  • I requested a password reminder as it said mine was wrong. I was sent a blank email, so contacted them again. I have tried the new password they sent me, but it does not work. So I still am unable to access my account:mad:

You can add the amazon voucher to your account without spening it. Just look in your account area for the add gift certificate link. I do this as soon as I get the Amazon vouchers, as I get quite a few from all the different surveys I do and the emails can get lost/forgotton about over time.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't realise you could do this

Hmm, I'll believe it once the money is in my Amazon account...

I've had the same email from them. Let's see what comes of it.

I had £4.50 in my account last week and haven't done any recent surveys. Today I logged into my account and saw that I had £5.00 so just cashed in my £5 amazon voucher! Don't know where that last £0.50 came from! :j

Thanks for this great tip - I didn't know about it!

For what it is worth I think that Juicy Brains have used some pretty sharp practice here - not good!!

Humph! Just gone to redeem voucher to be told its been redeemed already........aaaaargh!
  • I had the redemption problem a month or so ago.
I went to buy something for like £30 and believed I had £15 of vouchers, 3 £5's from JuicyBrains...
One failed to work and as it was a rush present I never really worried about the lost £5.
Now I know why, err stupid Juicybrains
