If you haven't been able to claim vouchers - I suggest trying again.
It seems you can now - it might just be that they run out as everyone is claiming at the moment - and it takes a while to get more up.
Anyway I just went on and claimed mine. so assume it is working again.0 -
after the closure email i decided to cash in my earnings and suddely it wont let me log in! so i requested a password change and it wont let me use the new one! so i emailed the help link at the bottom of the page, and it got bumped back to me!

I had £4.95 in my account - gutted! and luckily got a survey invite today saying it was one of the very last surveys. Luckily I was in the right profile so managed to get £1.
Anyway, I claimed my £5 a few hours ago but have not received the email yet.
I just tried logging in but its not accepting my password. When I click 'forgot password' I get the following error message "access_denied_to_netpanel.getpanelists_".
They must have stopped people logging in for the time being?0 -
When I couldn't login I requested a password change but the email I got was blank is anyone else having that problem? I've tried about 7 times now. I'm close to throwing a tantrum!0

I found this on Rpoints:
john.kearon@brainjuicer.com
james.geddes@brainjuicer.com
Apparently it's a good idea to email them,
I found this too:

And do let me know how it goes.0 -
I am also a member of ipoints and they have sent me a survey which is run by Juicy - Shouldn't Juicy surveys go first to their own members first (specially when there closing it) and then other survey companies they have connections with.0

I had £5.70 in my account when I got the email saying it will be closing down, so I claimed my £5 voucher and it did arrive straigh the way, but I understand how a lot of people feel. They stand to make a lot of money out of the people who don't have quite enough to get their voucher. I'm sure they could pay it in to their paypal accounts if they have one. Its not fair to have done the surveys for them and not get paidPenny Pinching Pauline0
