To all those people who have £4.75 in their account, I just logged onto my account and clicked onto the tell us more about yourself link then updated my email address and it added 25p to my account, unfortunately my balance was £4.50 so now it`s £4.75 Grrr but may help some people get a voucher

They're still accepting new participants - I just registered (hadn't seen this thread beforehand!!). If they're closing the site and won't be paying out, why are they still accepting new participants?! Surely that's false advertising?

Thanks for that :T I had £4.75 in my account,so that made it up to £5.00 so I have just ordered my voucher quick :j

I wonder if they will be sending out any more surveys between now and when they close? Has anyone had any since they announced it?

I had a survey today but I just deleted it as i have only got 75p in my account and didnt see the point.

bah humbug!!!! I had an invite for a survey yesterday for £1 which would have meant I had £5 exactly to cash in, but when I eventually got to it in the evening it said it was already full!! dammit!!!! bet that was my one and only chance to get the rest of the money!!!

I thought that JuicyBrains was a good survey site.
That's no lie, it did use to be.

But, this business that if we haven't claimed a multiple of £5 before you close it is utterly ridiculous.
We earnt our money fair and square and you have a responsibility to pay us.

Would you walk in to your nice juicy brains office and work and not get paid??? No thought not. So why are you not letting us?

I will e-mail trading standards to see what they think of this also.

Just received a new survey for £1 took my account to £5.75 so have at least got an Amazon voucher

I still can't login to claim my voucher. I had £4.75 but just completed a survey to take me to £5.75. I sent an email to Cedric.

I'm quite surprised by Juicy Brains and they way it's treating some members, as I've only ever had good things to say about the company. They even credited my account with £5.00 once after I sent them a comical email when it turned out a product they wanted me to test had gone missing. The response I got from them was funny and I've always enjoyed participating in the surveys.

I'm having issues too. I have £6.75 in my Juice account and the other night I tried to log in to get my £5 voucher, but the screen wouldn't let me select the claim amount. I've sent Cedric an email but apart from 3 identical acknowledgements I haven't heard anything back. After what I've read here I don't expect to either.

I'd been growing increasingly dissatisfied with them anyway. It used to be good fun but lately every time I've been invited to do a survey, by the time I get to it (usually within 24 hours) it's either closed, or they already have their "quota" of my profile (white, middle class, South East etc etc).

I say good riddance. :mad:
