Not happy about this at all. I've emailed them and complained, and, perhaps unsurprisingly I've recieved no response.

I mean, I have only £2.50 in my acccount, but that is still £2.50 I've worked for, and I registered under the impression I would be paid for my contributions to their research.

  • I had about £15 in my account. Just tried to log in after reading this thread and I can't log in, when I try to get my password emailed it says "Email specified cannot be found" I have recieved no emails saying they are closing or anything so looks like am not going to get any money from them.. I have emailed them but don't hold out much hope.

If you think about all the thousands of accounts, most of which will have a balance. Mine is £4.75 and my OH is £4.50. How much are they going to be keeping which isn't their money. Sounds like fraud and theft to me.

or a breach of trust at the very least!!

I've got £2.50 in my account, it's not a lot, but I don't see why they can't issue an Amazon voucher for it - after all, I've earned it. I think they probably won't be answering emails, so I'm going to call them on 020 7043 1000 (from their contact details here) and I suggest anyone else who's unhappy about the cavalier way they're treating panellists does likewise!

  • Previously had problems accessing my Juicy Brains account and realised it was the wrong web address. The correct one is http://www.juicybrainspanel.com/

and you should be able to log in. I had claim a £5 voucher last week and it didn't arrive, but by logging into my account and clicking on the "check full survey history" link it has all the voucher details.

I have £3.20 left in my account and have emailed them to ask for it to be paid back to me or that I will be contacting both trading standards and the police, as I consider it to be theft.
