 I got six copies of the email after a bad day at work and emailed them accusing them of fraud
I said that at the very least they should have pledged to pay the equivalent of all the bits and pieces to named charities.
Guess who won't be joining their new community!0 -
I've just spoken to my brother & he has £9.50 in his account so will lose out on £4.50
That is just not on & very unfair.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
Some people only dream of angels, i held one in my arms.
Praying this baby makes it.0 -
me too-have just got a 35 VOUCHER -BUT HAVE £4.50 left............very very unfair.........0

Did you get the £35 straight away?
They only sent me 1 £10 voucher but not the £5 voucher but its gone from my account
I've emailed them but i'm not hopeful of getting a reply.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”

I only have 75p in my account but feel sorry for others that have almost £5.00 - most unfair. To be honest Ive never really liked Juicy brains, I tend to get half way through a survey and it comes up with a technical error, plus you never get hardly any surveys. They wont be missed by me.0

I've got £3.50 and am really annoyed too. I would have expected them at the very least to have pledged it to charity.0

I think we should all email them. This is what I've just sent:
Lots of members are appalled that they will lose money from this. You may want to look at the end of this topic (link to here) - at least you could have pledged the money members have actually earnt to charity. I think its appalling - its money we have earnt and you will have made money on. If it isn't theft, its not going to get you very good publicity is it?
Good luck in your new venture - unless I receive the £3.50 in my account - I certainly won't be joining it.

Giving to charity is a nice idea but really we've 'earned' the amounts we have left so why not allow us to cash it in? GFK give out £1 HMV vouchers for their prizes. So smaller vouchers are possible.0

 I can't even remember how much is in my account but it won't even let me log in
I am fuming, I think they should have given everyone their money in their accounts, it is OUR money after all. How do they get away with this?If you can't be nice then stay silent0 -
i have 22.50 in my account and it won't let me order a voucher0
