I got six emails too. It won't even let me log in. I did a product trial a while back and didn't get fully paid out for it . I know I have a few pounds in my account but think it is a bit less that a fiver. I am not a happy bunny:mad:

I had the Daily Juice thing a few days ago, that was supposed to pay £1.

And I can't log on, it's not recognising my details. What a joke! :mad:

Same here. £22.50 and won't let me redeem. The drop down boxes have vanished so can't order my vouchers :mad:
According to the email you can still redeem your voucher. That's not true!! Don't think I'm going to see my vouchers somehow!!

I got the email today to say it was closing - luckily I had 16.50 in there so only lost 1.50 - but although it didn't work the first few times I tried to claim my voucher - I persisted and after several goes it accepted it and I rec'd the email with my voucher code.
I guess its that they are overwhelmed with people claiming in response to the email. Do agree though that its bad that you lose if under the fiver limit...

Hi Celia. I've tried several times but as the drop down boxes have gone I can't click on anything to redeem my voucher. Were the drop down boxes still showing on yours? I've emailed them so hopefully will get a reply. Pleased you got yours.

What's most horrific about this move is they are NOT carrying the balance over and the fact they were running £1 surveys very recently knowing very well people who did these were just !!!!ing into thin air so to speak. What's the point of all the mess setting up the new updated script site for them to bin it a month later? Bizarre beyond words. Mouldy brains new name for them
