I received an automated e-mail today from my ISP saying my message was undelivered to them.

Still waiting for £20 in vouchers and replies to my emails. Wonder if Martin should look into this?
Also the replacement surveys Ciao pay 10p for a 20 minute survey. The £3 minimum guaranteed never seems to materialise.
Perhaps we should contact the marketing managers of the brands who use these companies.

I was lucky enough to have £5.25 in my account and applied for my £5 Amazon voucher. This arrived promptly the next day, but when I came to add the amount to my Amazon account, apparently the voucher code had already been used. It all seems very suspicious to me and now, of course, my emails are not being answered.0

Juicy Brains are bound by the rules of the Market Research Society, who have a complaints procedure. As they have indicated that they don't intend to pay out incentives of less than £5, they are in breach of the code that governs their behaviour (as the companies they're doing research for will have paid them on the basis of giving the incentive to people who do the surveys). The online complaint form is here. I'd advise everyone who stands to lose any money, no matter how small, to fill out a form - won't take 5 minutes and it'll show them they can't behave like this.2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -
I claimed my £5 voucher yesterday but never received the email.
But you can log in and view your 'full survey history' which will show you the amazon gift voucher code - so you dont need to wait for the email.0 -

You can add the amazon voucher to your account without spening it. Just look in your account area for the add gift certificate link. I do this as soon as I get the Amazon vouchers, as I get quite a few from all the different surveys I do and the emails can get lost/forgotton about over time. :dance:0 -
I have finally managed to log in (the password reminder has finally worked after a few dozen attempts  ), to find out I have £6.25, so claimed my fiver, which has arrived promptly and is now banked to my Amazon account.
Am standing to lose £1.25 then and will be complaining - thank you very much Liz545 for your post. :T0 -
