  • Sorry for double post.
Just had an e-mail saying the e-mail to cedric has failed.
So that's both the help@... my first e-mail, and cedric doesn't work :(

You can add the amazon voucher to your account without spening it. Just look in your account area for the add gift certificate link. I do this as soon as I get the Amazon vouchers, as I get quite a few from all the different surveys I do and the emails can get lost/forgotton about over time.

Thank you. I did and now my amazon account shows a POSATIVE BALANCE by £5.00 !!! wow! didnt know such a reality existed! thanks!

  • If anyone else has requested a new password and has found it doesn't work, try typing the code in rather than copying and pasting. I managed to get into my account this way. I had £5.75 so have managed to claim £5.

I sent an email to them and was essentially told that they are 'looking into things' and to give them some time. If I get it then it will be good. If not....well....I'll curse them or something.

To all those people who have £4.75 in their account, I just logged onto my account and clicked onto the tell us more about yourself link then updated my email address and it added 25p to my account, unfortunately my balance was £4.50 so now it`s £4.75 Grrr but may help some people get a voucher

Thank you, I too had £4.75 in my account, just completed the survey and received the 25p. Witihin seconds of claiming the £5 I received the email with the Amazon code which I have successfully added to my Amazon account.

    Thank you so much lisa364

I am really pleased! I sent them an email as I was not happy that I was 55 pence away from a £5 voucher, and since then I updated my details for the 25p in some hope lol

Today I got an email from Cedric saying they had raised my credit balance to £5 so I could claim a voucher, I claimed it straight away and all sorted! Maybe they aren't as bad as they seem, they certainly did not ignore me, and they gave me what I wanted :j

Seeing that they have a few more weeks before closing it'll be intersting to see what they do about this to everyone thats nowhere near the £5.

I checked my account, I thought I had £4.75 but turns out I had 25p- I'd cashed in a voucher a few weeks back and forgot:rolleyes:

No doubt there's quite a few people like me who have just 25p or 50p in their account and won't bother complaining about it so juicy brains should definately be making an effort to top up accounts which are close to £5.

I'm sure some people will still mind missing out on the 25/50p (and rightfully so really) but personally, if it were possible, I would happily pass on my 25p to someone who has £4.75.
If it were £1 I might feel differently- especially as I shop in Poundland so I know just what £1 can but me!

Hope juicy do the right thing and top up everyones accounts!

I hope everyone who is owed any amount of money, no matter how small, complains to JB, and if there is no response within a reasonable time, or they say they will not give us the money, then complain to MRS as per Liz's post No 205 HERE
