    Dear Mr Diamonds
Thank you for opening a current account with us, we hope your switchover went smoothly. As a recent Halifax customer we wondered if we could pick your brain with a few quick questions about our services.
Simply click the link above for a short survey that should take around 5–10 minutes to complete. We promise never to use your responses to try and sell you anything.
You won’t be asked any personal or account details, and you shouldn’t provide these to anyone online.
Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts"

Nationwide. They also practically treat saturday as a working day and give you up until 2.30 too credit the acc the day of the DD to avoid bouncing.

Santander was the same, but that was a good 5 years ago so I don't know if it still stands.

I used to deal with Natwest failing DD's on Fridays even though they weren't due until the Monday.
