Very sad news. Such a brave lady. RIP.2

This is such a tragedy, purps was such a lovely kind soul and was very kind to me through the years I knew her through the small things thread and sometimes IRL. Her husband wrote a very poignant message on the page set up for donations to a charity that supports people with cancer in their area, instead of flowers - ever the mse girl at heart! He said 18 years wasn't enough but he would have taken 18 months, weeks or even days to have known her. I'm glad for having known her and we did, daily for years. It wasn't enough but I am happy for having met her and felt her solidarity at various points of need over the years.DF as at 30/12/16

There really aren't any words for this, and I am quite heartbroken by the news. Sending all my love to the family and friends that are coming to terms with her loss. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

I haven’t been posting a for a while and very belatedly came on today to wish PF a Happy New Year and read the recent posts. It’s shocking and terrible. I feel like I have lost a friend. She pushed me to exercise, to make good decisions and choices and made me feel supported. I feel so for her young family and OH too.Whilst it can never get easier I do hope that if you read these messages you know she’ll be missed, remembered and above all, was valued for all the support she gave us.
Much love, Brizzle x4
