    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.6K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.4/£127.5K target 24.6% 1/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 53.3K or 41.8%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)

    ultimately you can make the base cake and put any fruit you have on the top, including tinned if needed. I also love that it’s made and mixed  in a saucepan. Such a light sponge.

    Hey PF, just caught up! Thanks for your lovely posts on my diary, I really appreciate it. Well done for surviving the heat! It’s been almost unbearable hasn’t it! We’ve got a wholesale card M@kro
    i think. I’ve not had chance to have w proper look. But wasn’t sure how it compared with buying own brand stuff from the supermarket, as prices seemed quite high still as it was branded. Is there anything you regularly find cheaper?
