Today will be interesting. Up since 4. Woke to do a nappy change and then my head started kicking in with one of those cycles of doom where nothing is right. Oh well could be worse..." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Tuesday, Wednesday and today have been/ should b nsd. That means I am at 18 but that is where it will probably stay. I have a lunch meeting Saturday so I will lose my nsd and Friday who knows.
Can't believe how horrible the weather has been. It's been like October again.Mortgage free wannabee 2022 #820 -
Good morning, Well the weather isn't great up here either. Still freezing but at least sunny for a while.
So last night I heaped up my potatoes a bit, closed the conservatory windows to make it warmer for my plant babies, and found two big sheets of cellophane/plastic which I draped over my veg patch to keep them a bit warmer too.
Still in the swing of doing at least one extra thing to my usual chores (dishes, lunches etc) at night and last night I did the garden stuff above and cleaned my oven a bit.
SFD today and gym.
Made a mistake on ebay. Should've cancelled the listing before it finished. I told my Spanish buyer that I am truly sorry but I only just realised how expensive it is to send to Spain and that I would loose about £10 (item sold for £1.04, could I please cancel. He/she basically just replied "tough, mate" in Spanish. So I amended the invoice to a higher postage cost and see what happens. I'm not too fond of ebay any more anyway. So if I get any trouble I just close it.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

Interesting to hear your point of view. I've a ton of stuff to sell but I've hear a lot of bad publicity lately about eBay. What your alternative? Gumtree?0 -
To be honest I think they all have their down sides. Music magpie pays peanuts per disk but at least they buy and collect from your door.
Ebay has the fees and the hassle factor...
Facebook I hear has a lot of chancers..
Carboots have the pitch fees and then the nutters who want something for nothing.
Back to local collection only on gumtree?" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

No idea to be honest. I sold bigger things like kids cots on gumtree without problem. Only thing is you need to let the person into your house. Good thing:no fees but I got one haggler once who should have gone to freecycle :rotfl:. Ebay used to be perfect to get rid of weird and wonderful things. Facebay is another option but I quit Facebook and there is just a running thread of things to sell no comprehensive list as such. Maybe someone else has any ideas?DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Afternoon all, back from holiday now
it is soooooo cold here! Love my local airport so much, within 30 mins of landing I had clearered immigration, got my bag, cab home, wash on, bed stripped and remade and was in it in my pj's! Unfortunately I couldn't nap so very early night for me tonight! :A
Going to nip to tesco express in a min to pick up a few things until I go to aldi tomorrow. Need to also get cash out and then go and collect darling boy from cattery :happyhear:happyhear
Finances can wait until tomorrow I think. Plan when I get back is to put my bedroom back together and wipe down en suite (rented whole house out whilst away), nice bath and then lie on sofa binge watching sky+ stuff until I can't stay awake!
Need to get back to gym routine tomorrow but going to have to give swimming a miss for a bit. I've come out in a rash with weeping sores on my stomach, the other spots are turning weepy so I've got a dr appointment tomorrow. Not sure what it is but very sore to lie on my front and won't stop weeping
Will have a proper catch up tomorrow and looking forward to starting May's challenge:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
