I am on holiday for 21 days of April but will follow for the time I'm here :) prob don't need a number as will only be doing 10 days.

Although if I stick to my holiday budget can I claim 21 NSD's? :p:D:rotfl:

A lot of the opening post is very true- I have got lazy and am not using my gym membership and just slob in front of the TV each night, often don't even do the dishes or make lunch for work so then I rush around in the morning and get stressed :( gave up sugar for 8 weeks and felt great but then started binging on it again and am back to daily headaches and feeling blurgh :(

Going to eat well before my holiday. Hope yo loose weight while I'm away as always do in Asia as don't eat bread and potatoes or generally snack! :A

Yes please Calling sign me up. I have been reading the 16 Challenges in 16 thread. Think the OP is from the 'crafters' section of OS as using craft materials up, not buying more and completing projects are the starting point but several posters have added extra bits which I like - random acts of kindness, contacting/ visiting elderly relatives, doing more things as a family.

I need to work much harder in all areas and need to go cold turkey on sugar, fat and salt. No use saying they are okay in moderation, it doesn't work for me. Not a lot going for me but dogged persistence - I have done this before, I can do it again, for as long as it takes.
My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.

Count me in please. I tried this challenge and did well one month last year but didn't keep it up, need to get back to it. My credit card (main debt) is maxed out and I need to take control! This month's budget could easily get out of hand due to school holidays, my ds's birthday this month and dd's birthday at start of next month so need to plan, budget and stick to it! Looking forward to following the challenge.
