A NSD for me - on a double shift so no opportunity to spend. Walked to work and currently walking home so all good on the exercise front. Total failure on fruit and veg - only managed 2Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

I've managed to check in before the end of the day.
Today is my second NSD (hurrah!) and it's been a lovely day, went to church and then home for lunch then park with the kids where I had a workout on the newly installed workout equipment so that ticks the exercise box! I've had a really lovely day actually, I think I will spending many days at that park during the summer holidays, free fun!
I have been out for a meal for someone's retirement at work, it was paid for by the company so no spends required.
Had more than my 5 a day which as a vegan is pretty easy, frozen berries with brekfast, salad bowl for lunch, and massive vegan meal out full of veg.[STRIKE]497.00[/STRIKE][STRIKE] 286.34[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]182.00[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]180.00[/STRIKE][STRIKE] 130.00[/STRIKE] CC1 Paid!!:j

Morning Turtles
Bit chilly in our house this morning as we've now turned the central heating off for the year until October or so. Should save around £60 on our next bill. Happy to put another layer on and carry on though.
Won't be a NSD as we ate up our supplies before we went away for the weekend so need replenishing.
I have a tricky few days coming up. But I feel I have to be confident that I've dealt with worse and will do so again. Onwards!
Will be back on the walking again today with a 45 minute walk shortly as first point to point of the day.
Love to all

Morning all.
This weekend was an exception for me as I had booked a trip to Liverpool with work. So I will make up for it in the coming 4 days. I am aiming to go for 4 NSD's in a row coupled with attending the gym each day too!!0 -
Morning All
Well no NSDs for me yet this month as I am now down the caravan until Wednesday and I can't see me managing any while I'm down here - not with 3 teenagers with me! I think I may struggle to do 20 as I've also got my DH's birthday on Sunday - I'll just have to try my best.
I didn't manage my 7000 steps yesterday as I spent 3 hours driving and then when we arrived here it was raining so I didn't leave the caravan - you don't do many steps pottering around a caravan! However, I did do over 14000 on Saturday so I don't feel too bad.
I have wifi here so I'm still doing swagbucks and checking emails. I've also added up how much I spent in supermarkets in March and it came to £363.32 and that was a good month! However I think there are a few bits of clothes in there as well.
When I was in Sainsbugs on Saturday I was given 10 extra school vouchers by 2 different people so that made my day as I collect them for my Scout group and we don't get many.
Five a day is going well and we have quite a bit of fruit here so should be ok.
It's not raining at the moment so we may have a walk along the beach later, DS is up but DD and her friend are still in bed so I can't see us going out anytime soon!
Have a good day all

Bob the weather is supposed to turn colder mid week. I am trying to keep heating off but could do with quick burst on to air some clothes. Baby bob will grow up a tough one
SpekySquarehead will try to aim for at least 4 sfd in a row as well this week.
juliejim when my kids where younger we had a caravan, I always put on weight as I would eat all the time. Hope the weather stays dry forecast isn't great this week. I have gs to look after Weds and looks like rain all day. Laughing at a vision of you pacing up and down in a caravan.
Wishing someone would come back in office as all I am doing is eating. Healthy so far, walnuts, pear, wrap but my lunch will be gone soon.
Updated my totals Boss had prostate cancer last so he is now fit and doing a big bike ride for the charity. So will donate to that.
So fed up of gammon may not be able to eat it again for tea, only few slices left. Mushroom omelette I may go for instead after a huge walk.

Number 22 checking in
Morning stretches and sit-ups done this morning.
Money transfers and allocations done for the week. Checked on the balances on the various accounts. Everything as it should be.
Have pinched £20 from the grocery money and am putting it in a kitchen tin. I know it's there if I need it, but hoping if it's not in my purse I 'have' to be crafty during the grocery and top-up shop this week. There are 7 of us in the house and we always sit together in the evenings for a big dinner.
Fruit and snacks are a huge part of my grocery budget. I'm planning on going to m@rks food hall to use a Christmas gift £50 voucher next week. We don't have any need for clothes etc and it will be better used on groceries rather than cash that can be allocated elsewhere.
This £50 food money shuffle, £20, plus purse-change, plus laundry-finds, will be used towards a mortgage overpayment.
Have started on the PPI claims. Have been successful with two upheld and paid out last month. Another 4 at various stages. I really wish they get a shift on. If it was us owing these institutions refunds we would be hounded daily.
Looking like a NSD here. Weather is rotten. Staying in the house. Kids making a birthday card for a family friend. Gift already bought. Lots of creative cutting out and gluing going on here. Will probably need to get the steamer out later to un-sticky the wooden floor. On a mission!

Another day, another SFD. Been avoiding reporting as I haven't done much today (no walk yet). Had bacon soup for lunch (didn't think there was any left) and found the last bit of cheese sauce (have hunted for it twice, kept thinking I knew it should be in there) and had that with generous quantities of cauli and broccoli and pasta. Think it was diet friendly as had to keep dipping pasta and veg into the sauce where I could see it.
Have put away all my clean clothes, shuffled things round in a couple of drawers, pulled the last few things on the little shelves up to the top and put away a bolt of blackout curtain lining which keeps falling over. Several items lined up and packed for the cs. Finally ordered repeat prescription.
Today I am grateful for
yummy food
making a couple of spots a little tidier (for someone who cannot bear herbs and spices and dvds etc not being in alphabetical order, the house is very messy)
not having to go out on a miserable day (but happy for the little bit in the middle when the sun broke though). My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0
