Did we not decide two years ago who we wanted to represent us in WM ?

And yet hereceived we are having to vote again .... it's ridiculous ... we voted why can't May accept we voted ?

Well...there were some who complained vociferously about how PM May was not elected by the people. I seem to remember some complaints coming from Scotland about this very point. This gives her a clear mandate should the Tories win decisively.

Surely an UK-wide GE is a way of rebalancing parliament by aligning MPs with their voter bases regards Brexit ?

Brexit is the single biggest issue affecting the whole UK, so we all should have an opportunity to challenge our MP on their position.

If Scottish SNP MPs get selected on a single issue then why shouldn't this apply UK-wide when it comes to a bigger union?

    Aww, diddums!
I sense a lot Scots Unionists are keen to send the petty Scots Nationalists a message.:)

If you don't like the British Constitution you should have worked a bit harder on leaving.

Well see there are some that complain verciferously that we haven't had a chance to debate Indy under Nicola ...and that Brexit which you state is the single biggest issue which the people of Scotland didn't vote for ...

Well surely a new Scottish indy ref allows us to sort this out ?

    I think missed the point

My point ( which you obviously missed) is if so many people are going on about we voted No then I like to remind them we voted SNP two years ago

Things change time to go back to the polls ...

    For indy 2 as well

See not that hard now is it ?

Or don't tell me this is different ? Of course you will

I do wonder what excuse Sturgeon will come up with when they loose so many seats.

Come on Ruth you can do this for the clever people of Scotland

We were promised that the referendum was a once in a generation or lifetime event. General elections come round all the time. There were 2 in 1974 alone.

The whole point of a referendum is that is settles a divisive issue once and for all. You don't just keep having them until you get the result you want!

    Should've tried harder last time.

That's right. I'm panicking in case a country I don't live in leaves another country I don't live in.
