Your reply proves the point I was making which you ignored in true charastic style.

You make it clear that SNP spin trumps the wishes of Scots regarding separation from the UK or indeed having another referendum. You justify an SNP Referendum and crow about how you have manipulated your "excuse".

The SNP don't really care about Scots, just about their obsession.

We don't know what the wishes of Scots are anymore. Two referendums in two years ended up with conflicting results. Needs resolved.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

A weak reply. The SNP (*) just spent a lot of time surveying just that.

But what does the SNP care?

I think all this pro EU rhetoric from the SNP could work, but there's an equal chance it could backfire.

If things go wrong in the Brexit process the Westminster politicians will look for someone to blame. It would be easy to blame the SNP.

Perhaps this is Sturgeon's plan after all? To look as though she is being forced out of the door.

It will be a ever-changing canvas for sure.Your point earlier about there needing to be a single point if contact is absolutely right in any normal negotiations but here I suspect that it will be circumvented . So easily done via leaks which describe any Euro Country X will suffer if a particular agreement is enacted. So the normal practice of getting prior agreement from all (as many as needed for a majority) will go on.

I envisage a big swing to the Tories in Scotland at the next GE. Socialism does not deliver, it diminishes enterprise and slowly brings about a client state where citizens expectations of state help forever accelerate. Everyone adopts a 'what about me' state of mind.

The culture becomes infantilised, identitarian victim-hood becomes a growth demographic, people give up on wealth creation.

Socialists sit in rooms dreaming up new regulations, one atop the next, it never stops, it's what gets them out of bed. They forget that real people with real business's must bare the brunt of it all, one little cut at a time.

Most Scots politicians want to talk about benefits and handouts, regulations, diversity initiatives, tick boxing and virtue posturing (stopping selling arms to any number of states thus killing jobs and taxes).
You rarely hear them getting heated about spreading enterprise.

Scots society seems to value pious compassion signalling above all else, the tool to ensnare societal status and thus succeed in life

Scottish people are far smarter than their loony left political class. They will notice how the US and UK prosper greatly in the coming years thanks to good common sense pragmatism.

They won't. The part in yellow is May 2016 manifesto. Note the dates.

Is not really a good move. Not while still in the UK, too easy to 'move' for tax purposes while the Scottish Govt have no control over it.

What a yellow-livered excuse that bit in yellow was, and how extraordinary the attempt to blame Westminster for the SNP's own inaction. They are not going to do what their policy had promised because they don't know enough about the effect it would have? Then why propose it in the first place? Another one of those missing magical levers too. How do you guys put up with these economic pigmies? Who wrote that drivel?
