You mean the ones we keep electing with a significant majority?
Do you have a problem with us being represented by the representatives we choose?
In the 2017 GE only 36.9% of votes cast in Scotland were for the SNP, & that out of a 66% turnout.
That means that under 20% of Scots voted SNP yet they hold 35 seats while the rest have the majority yet hold just 24.
We won't mention how the SNP lost 21 seats after the Brexit referendum result was known.0 -

That's a strange extrapolation from my post you've made there.
Just making the distinction between a group of SNP MP's who many Scots view as a complete embarrassment to Scotland and the rest.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -

Currently a majority of Scottish constituencies have an SNP representative to speak on their behalf in Westminster. It's their only voice there. ,'Many' might not indeed wish an SNP MP winning in their own particular area.. but like it or not when one does it's the only representation in the House of Commons they have. I wonder what Joanna Cherry's consituents think of of Westminster after seeing scenes like this.
19 Oct 2019 Moment MPs 'snub' the SNP as they walk out of Commons
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLcJsuRandwIt all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

By treating SNP MP's with contempt ( such as standing up and walking out everytime one stands up to speak ).. Westminster is in fact treating those Scottish constituencies which have elected an SNP MP with dismissal and contempt.
Not so. That’s simply the SNPs warped interpretation of what happens. I can quite understand MPs walking out when Ian Blackford gets to his feet because he's a boring windbag but it is a fact that many MPs of all political stripes leave the chamber to deal with their constituents' interests when they have no further interest in the debate taking place.
To imply that SNP MPs are being treated with contempt is a lie.The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.0 -

64.5% of those who voted in her constituency would have done the same instead of suffering another Nat windbag droning on like a stuck record.0 -
You make it sound like a majority of Scots vote SNP, but that's not true.

First past the post post is terrible but it's not the fault of the Scottish people. Scottish government elections use STV.0 -

SNP and Yes voting is diverging which is why it's no good showing polls with the SNP sitting at 40% or whatever then scoffing about SNP v's Unionsist parties. The Yes vote is about 10% ahead now and can't be equated. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.

On say a 67% turnout. No an overwheming mandate.0 -

What are you basing your version of a mandate on ? Turnout ? Seats ? Votes ? Wishful thinking ?
In any case that latest Panelbase/Sunday Times poll shows where Scots voters current priorities lie.Independence is seen in positive terms by nearly twice as many, however, with 45% saying it offers the greater opportunity to the Scottish economy, compared with 24% for Brexit and 31% who say neither or that both are equal. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.

Panelbase might say that.
It doesn't necessarily equate to people wanting independence though.
WhatScotlandThinks suggests the opposite with 47% saying no to independence vs 45% for.

I saw an earlier post saying BritainElects agreed, putting no at 51.3%.0
