Except Scotland wouldn't be in the single market.
Pro Indy supporters should really stop peddling this misleading rubbish.
Out of the EU and the UK would be the consequence of Independence.

Only in the alternate universe of a firm unionist.
See this BBC interview where the respondant (Elmar Brok) gave an answer that was not in line with the BBC mantra.

More info on Mr BrokArmin Laschet, minister-president of the German state of North Rhine Westphalia, delivered a laudatory speech about Sturgeon. The award, he said, was meant to honor Sturgeon’s “advocacy for a united Europe” and to thank her for her “clear stance and tireless dedication for Europe.”
Brandenburg’s Economy Minister Jörg Steinbach praised Sturgeon for “combining” a pro-EU stance with “nationalism for Scotland.”
Laschet, an influential figure in Merkel’s CDU and a contender to succeed her at some point, did what no politician in European or national office would dare do and opened the door to re-admitting Scotland to the EU once Britain is out.
“Shouldn’t we apply the acquis to [U.K.] regions where there are competences?” he asked, before wising Scotland well — “success, legal success, included.”
They seem quite keen on Scotland joining. Nicola even got an award along with gushing praise accompanying her EU stance. A big 'up yours' coming for Boris I think when the next indyref is announced. And why not, it's not as if rUk will have a say in the matter anymore. And Scotland does have all those fish.It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

I would walk out too when Blackford stood up. I so pray for Lib Dem victory in his constituency just to save me listening to his monologue which is in essence the same bore fest every time he speaks.0 -

I guess Mr Brok with his experience in Ukraine may be quite useful to Sturgeon when the Borders and Dumfries and Galloway become our equivalent to the Ukrainian Donbas. :eek:0 -

He's an odious man. His treatment of Charles Kennedy was an utter disgrace. The sooner he goes the better.0 -

If you think that Armin Laschet is an influential German politician, you really know very little about German politics. You even appear to think that Merkel still leads her party. The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.0 -

Who ever is in charge of SNP PR should be sacked.

There is no way the SNP will agree to Westminster taxing what they believe is theirs...it will not happen ever.0
