Negotiations are 2 way. The EU could be the ones to "mess" up.0 -

If Brexit has shown nothing else to Scots voters, even if it doesn't happen it's that Scotland can be ignored both politically ( 15 mins on devolution debate/no Scots MP spoke ) and legally ( Supreme Court case ) when it suits. Union binds are coming loose very quickly. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Hmmmm.
A proud Scots pencil hovers over their referendum ballot paper and thinks....that English £1.5K, I quite like the things that buys me and my family.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -
Is the 1.5k not per person?0

Is the 1.5k not per person?
I doubt England will be handing out any 1.5k per head to anyone in a few months time. Is far more likely to be bread and medicine handouts instead. So that's something for us all to look forward to eh ?

Some of you Scots don’t know how good you’ve got it.
That £1.5K is huge, for example its meant that Scotland has largely escaped the harsh austerity regimen other parts of the U.K. have been through for nearly a decade. The funding formula Scotland enjoys as part of the Union will always abrogate any undue risks that come along. Switched on Scots know that deep down.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0
