Spot on.
Once the Brexit debacle sinks the UK economy, the case for Scottish independence will be an easy one to make and an even easier one to win.
You guys are like all the rest of the fools out there, you think Brexit is about the money, it isn't.
Anyway there are as many positive scenarios for Brexit.
The SNP are dying on the vine so their idea of "going all in" won' really amount to much.
Scots have had enough of wee nippy and the cult.0 -

Scots have had enough of wee nippy and the cult.
But perhaps not too much heed should be paid.
A little suspicious methinks, a new poster diving straight in to such a board and with such obviously antagonistic comments.0 -

Scots have had enough of wee nippy and the cult. From poll 1) public opinion so fluid-
22% of Tory voters in June would now NOT vote for them - same for 31% of Lab voters & 34% of LDsIt all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

A poll is meaningless. We have a recent local result ie the council election I posted about and the SNP got 20% of the vote.
I prefer to deal with reality and not speculation (ie polls).
But I'm quite happy if the SNP continue to use polls as their crystal ball0 -

Polls schmolls. As I said months ago there's going to be a big old row about.... oh look..Scottish Government confirms plans to block EU Withdrawal Bill
FOLLOWING a successful vote on the EU Withdrawal Bill in the House of Commons on Monday (11 September), the Scottish Government has lodged a memorandum in the Scottish Parliament advising MSPs to block the bill.
The Scottish Government position has received cross party support from Scottish Labour, Scottish Greens and the Liberal Democrats...
Scottish Labour’s Europe spokesperson, Lewis Macdonald, said: “Labour will not grant legislative consent to the EU Withdrawal Bill, in its current form...
Ross Greer MSP, the Scottish Greens’ external affairs spokesperson, also described the bill as a “power grab” and said that the Conservative government was “hostile to Scotland”....
...Scottish Liberal Democrat European spokesperson Tavish Scott MSP said: "Parliament should expect a guarantee from the UK Government that everything that is devolved remains devolved.
The Welsh Govt has lodged the same memorandum. Forget the GE Shaka, and forget even the SNP. This will now go from party political to govt against govt just as it was always going to. Holyrood won't pass this. It'll have to be forced through against Holyrood's wishes at Westminster. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

In Nicola's dreams perhaps and again acting like the tail trying to wag the dog. She will be ignored again.0 -

Sturgeon doesn't need to do anything but watch and wait... for now.It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.

Watching the number of civil servants rising and the number of front line people being reduced?
Sturgeon is history BTW....she is a DEAD parrot!
She is toxic and there is no credible succession0 -
I know how you love polls Shakey here is a new one for you
The SNP is set to lose their pro-independence majority at the Scottish Parliament at the next election as Labour make up ground, according to a new poll.
Support for Nicola Sturgeon’s party has dropped by 4.5 per cent on the constituency vote and 11 per cent on the regional list vote since last year, the Survation study for the Daily Mail found.
The figures suggest that the SNP is set to lose nine seats at the next election in 2021. With the Greens set to win eight, this means that the current pro-independence majority would be lost.
Doesn't look so good for you guys and confirms what many of us have all been saying since before the General Election.0
