So is that not true then ? Because Conrad and others in there keep saying it is ?
The UK is also a union, made up of four. Three of them with no input whatsoever. Neither before nor during negotiations. Whatever you want to call it, that's not the UK 'as a whole'.
Talk about desperation ............ do you really have not the slightest idea of what is or is not a sovereign state?
All that computing power at your fingertips & you what? CBA to look before you post?
Have a look at the list below.
See if you can see Scotland, England or Wales in there.
Then look to see if you can find the EU in there either.
The UK is a sovereign state. One. Not three, four or 65 million; one.
The EU is NOT one sovereign state, it is in fact 27. If you look in the list below you will see on the right hand side which of these are members of the EU.

Scottish imports have grown proportionally more than any other home nation economy too, whilst running a deficit. But I suppose that's all Westminsters fault without saying how too, like the other remarks in your post, right?
:rotfl: Looks to me that Scotland are the only region that have a positive trade (£2.5bn in that quarter) and London and the SE who think they make all the money are actually costing us all the money.
Only a Westminster bot could spin that like you did!0 -

Why then is Scotland's GDP less than rUK which is increasing?Analysis from economist John McLaren of Scottish Trends shows that the GDP growth figure for the fourth quarter of 2016 was 0.8 per cent, meaning that the full 2016 figure was 1.7 per cent compared to the UK growth level of 3.6 per cent.0 -
Scotland can manage it's own (5 million population) future better than Westminster can.
The problem of course is that if we follow your separatist ideas the opportunities for advancement of the Scottish people are greatly diminished.
I know the Nats ambition is as big fish in a small pond but many Scots would prefer the opportunities that come from being in a big pond.0 -

So my observations were incorrect were they?0 -

London and the South East are costing everyone money. Can you elaborate on how you came to that conclusion?0 -

I suppose the SNP have to build up their piggybank reserves so that they can plunder it and publish another White Paper SNP Manifesto for this Referendum Consultancy they're planning. Will be useful for court cases too.Union, not Disunion

No - mostly when responding to something posted here by SNP acolytes which is clearly idiotic or political fiction I use the generic term SNP to avoid being personally impolite.
If I forget sometimes I am appropriately desolated.
Keep up with the fake news though, when it is so transparent it discredits everything else you write.Union, not Disunion
