Morning all. Know what you mean code - I could well spend today sobbing in the office (have already cried on the way here as I just wanted to stay at home).
Got a horrible week coming up (lots of driving, overnight stays, awful work I have no interest in....) roll on Friday.0 -
Morning everyone, hope you all have better weeks than you're expecting.
So far this morning I've called in to Wickes when they opened at 7am and have some paving slabs in my boot, spent 30 minutes on the phone to HMRC (25 of those on hold) to try to claim back 20% of my pension contributions last tax year - apparently my tax affairs aren't complicated enough to warrant a self assessment so they insist I fight through their automated call system then wait 20 minutes to get to a human, then hope they get it right. That's sapped all the life out of me already. :rotfl:

Oh tea, I'm so sorry you feel like this too. It's horrible. My alarm went off this morning and I had to fight back the tears.
Did a sweep of the job sites this morning. I even looked at jobs in related fields and jobs with a much longer commute and jobs that aren't even in IT but there's nothing. My agency contact is ignoring me and l still haven't heard about the interview for the old place either, so I don't know what I'm going to do.
It's amazing how your job affects your MH so much. I mean, I wasn't especially happy in my old job but it was nothing like this.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Much love to you both code and tea!
I'm glad I'm well enough to be back at work but wish I could have got better sleep...

My current sleep pattern seems to involve waking up every two hours through the night, which is doing my tolerance levels no good at all.
That's like my sleep pattern, too. It's a right pain. If I could get 5 hours unbroken sleep, I'm sure it would make such a difference.(I just lurve spiders!)

Dodgy sleep patterns here too. I can fall asleep no problem (which is unusual for me) but then I wake up after about an hour and can't get back to sleep for ages.0

I have difficulty getting to sleep before 3am. No good when I wake up at 6.30am.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

I have so much to do.... and I'm not doing any of it. Someone give me a kick to get me going. Doesn't help that my evil uterus is trying to kill me..... and thanks to some weird plumbing that also means awful hip and leg pain, really handy when the next few days involve many hours of driving.0

The Queen has given me her nasty cough (it may not have been the Queen, but she is the only person I 'know' who has it), so my nights are interrupted.
I am sorting through my drawer. Before xmas, I shoved lots of stuff in it so now I am seeing what I didn't get round to.Nothing difficult, but I think today is going to be one of those days where I want to do things but lose motivation as soon as I get started.
How are you, WaS?
Love to everyone - whatever it is, you can do it!
