  • Did quite a bit of digging yesterday to clear space for a couple of new sheds, in order to replace one perfectly good shed I already have which the previous owners built partly blocking the garage door (I don't understand why either but it's a proper nusiance!). Unfortunately the base rails that hold it up are set into a raised concrete platform, so it would be a complete nightmare to try to move.

The hardest part was working out where I'd put the tools after I last used them....after that, the actual construction wasn't too bad :D

Whitewing, don't rejoice too soon. The last two Prime Ministers said the same thing, and all that happened was that resources were cut.

I get very depressed when I think about what's happening to the welfare aspect of this country. We seem to be going backwards.

I hate services being farmed out to private contractors; they try to cut costs to maximise profits and guess what happens?

For me, this isn't a political rant; it's about the country as a whole appearing to become more selfish and uncaring.

    I'd better stop there. :(

Poor you hbs! There seems to be a lot of it this year, we've got two guys off work (from a pretty small office) with pneumonia, and a huge amount of nasty coughs around too.

Really hope you're feeling much better soon.... stay wrapped up, have just seen this week's weather!

    Evening my lovelies,

Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round.

Did my 1st town tidy. Got down by the river so shed loads of stuff we could not get to with out falling in the river :rotfl:

we are not allowed to go on to private land or endanger ourselves.

Got time credits to spend at the local visiting cinema. Did not do it for that. Just wanted to help the local community.

    All tired out now :rotfl:

Did not sleep well last night. so think that is why I feel shattered.

    Everyone take care.

    Yours

    Calley X

Morning Team WaS. Feeling very tired and fragile today so am working from home so I don't spend the day in the office sobbing. They're not going to be impressed because I have meetings today but I don't care. I don't want to be there anyway.

Hope everyone else has a lovely day x

Sorry things are still so rubbish, code. Hope a day at home restores your equilibrium a little.

My current sleep pattern seems to involve waking up every two hours through the night, which is doing my tolerance levels no good at all.
