Calley, out of interest, why were you on a shed roof?

And why did you have your photo taken of you on said roof?

I was cutting the tree next to the shed. got husband to take photo no idea why. husband was there in case I fell off the roof :rotfl:

And then thought it was quirky silly photo. So put it on my dating profiles. Gave them something to ask and talk about.

Interesting article here about self neglect vs lifestyle choice and where duty of care comes into it.

Hello everyone, thank you for a lovely welcome.

I'm just having the worst week and feel like I'm just trying to survive until it is over. It feels awful at the moment.

Oakdene I hope you are OK?

Please change that to "30s" as, if I recall correctly, I'm 10 years older than you and definitely not ready to be in my 50s yet! :rotfl:

Not really ready to be 40 to be honest, and that happened in 2009

You are 10 yrs older than me then, I was 30 in 2009..... so 40 is fast approaching  Anyway, it's going to take me quite a while to a) work on what on earth I want to do and b) get up the courage to do it.... so I'll probably be in my 50s and still complaining about this job.

Finished mammoth journey part 1. Now got scary work thing tomorrow, then get to do the mammoth journey again and get home about 11.30pm. Living the dream.

To top it all off my boss is creating yet more work by refusing to be even slightly organised, despite being a massive control freak. It's an odd mix of character traits I've not come across before.
