    Yay, glad he's back.

    Thursday night is training night. We start off doing our stays. Picture a line of dogs all gazing intently at their owner. All except the awkward sod in the middle. He is facing in the opposite direction to everyone else with his !!!! pointing at his owner.
    This is followed by off lead send to bed. Or as it's known in this house, charge over to someone else's bed, stopping for a play on the way and steamrollering the other dog in the process.
    Gold is looking ever further away.....
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    It's an essential fatty acid - an omega 3.

    Purslane has a lot of it. The body can't make it, so has it has to come from the diet, so purslane is useful for vegetarians, as the other main source is fish.
