:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

I am using a couple of mods to make things a tad easier so I can concentrate on the building side.

It doesn't all run perfectly though. My rail network gets a little backed up sometimes and there's too many buses on the road! I also have the near-constant moaning of the industrial areas that they don't have enough customers (I think they're just lazy!). I have a habit of forgetting to put in bus routes (you have to actually plan each route in this game, not just stick bus stops down and let the game sort it out).

Traffic is a problem in some places too.

But I have found that the older areas tend to "settle" after a while. They don't get crime waves, death waves or garbage problems the way some of the newer areas do so it's a bit easier to just let them get on with it.

Does it make you appreciate your local Council more? :D

Just got back from a lovely weekly weekend away :)

We played on the beach building sand castles. It rained so much were drenched but it was still very warm. Went in the sea fully clothed, to pay with Little Sod, as i was soaked through anyway!

    Hope everyone is well

Also had a seaside break weekend forced one as our temp home in Mk was fully booked because of Silverstone and Mk bowl concert!

Insurance sent us to North Norfolk - Heacham Lavender fields were bliss a little retail therapy white lavenders Snowman/Arctic and Angel. Saw some funky gold chicken with feathery feet and a glorious hair style/ crown effect. will ask son to download photo so cute.

Then sunday sea side bingo won a beach towel with a £10 note design. Mr whippy ice cream white on one side pink on the other.
20 minute shower then Sun out collected a few shells on beach.

Back to real life - hospital appointment for hubby this morningx:T

I checked on Friday - can I have my tick please? :D

Have been meaning to pop in and say hello all weekend but it's just flown by - am genuinely amazed that it's somehow Monday again.

Just so as you know, I'm one of those contrary people where the more I'm nagged the less likely I am to do something. :)

Elsien, you are not the only one, I am exactly the same! The more someone nags me, the more I'm like "nah"! My Mam says the same about me! I think my Dad understood me more, as he could be the same!
