Hey all, just dropping in to say hi. DH has gone out for the night and I took the opportunity to finish the painting in the living room. Apparently, spring cleaning has turned into spring redecorating lol.
Feeling really grumpy tonight, I've been fine all day but I went down hill about 4pm and I'm struggling to shake this off.
It's been nice to catch up on what every is doing.
Love, hugs and cwtches to you all xxBack in the red :mad:

Hi happilymarried, thanks for dropping in.
Having a grump as well.
Shouted at Gitdog who is now putting on his best traumatised "call the RSPCA" act and p1ssing me off even more.
Slightly cheered up by watching employable me and seeing a chap with Tourette's learning to be a tree surgeon.
Eta, JM I've been lurking on the matched betting board, good luck. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

That is such a coincidence! There's a thread in the arms all about A-Ha, and I found the video and have watched it several times in the last few days! It's one if the best pop videos ever made, IMO.
Here's the link to my post on that thread, with the video.

Have fun today, Pyxis! Please teach us lots about what you learn!
There is ESA form progress! They now have all the information they need to make a decision. I am scratching my head slightly because they wrote to my GP only. I gave them my consultant's addresses but they haven't used those for some reason. Is this odd? My GP does know my diagnosies obviously but if they wanted to know how my conditions affect me on a daily basis they would have done better to ask my Psychiatrist or Endocrinologist. I only see my GP once a year usually. Oh well, now there is apparently another wait while it all goes to the assessor, they have no idea how long that might take.
I shall try calling again in another 2 weeks. Seven weeks and counting...) I hope everything goes ok for you, i remember from my time of ESA everything that came with it, i think part of why i try to do my best with trying to be stable and work is that the thought of going back on ESA terrifies me
I'm finally feeling human again :j Swain has new lego so he's busy doing that. Lol is it bad i get frustrated when he's doing a build as he never lets me join in! I want to help but usually just end up interfering hahaI've come to the conclusion when he's in the "lego zone" to let him be :rotfl:
I have 2 days off from work (mid week weekend anyone?) so for now i am just chilling and catching up on tv (have watched an awesome series on iplayer, called Thirteen, its about a girl who got abducted at 13, but managed to escape 13 years later, very well done)

Bless him, Swain seems to think that evidence of diagnosis and meds will be enough, i've tried to explain its somewhat more complicated than that but at least he's trying to help, he says he'll come with me to the medical.
Mid week time off is great for me, just a lot of my friends work mon-fri so i don;t get to see people very often.
Oh i have a confession. months ago i bought and AMAZING blanket, which i keep at Swain's. |Everytime i am there it is always out.
I may have bought another one...to keep at my housethat's hoe much i love it :rotfl: my rantionilizing is that once me and Swain get our own place we can have one in the bedroom and one to keep downstairs.

What's the blanket like, MessedUp?
I learned a new word yesterday.
Callipygian.
Can you guess what it means?
From now on, I shall be saying: "He is advantaged in the callipygian department"
Instead of "He has a .... ...".
