Thank you tea and on, that actually really helps. That is very rational thinking rather than my initial panicked thinking of it's all gone wrong, help! They have had a huge amount of consultant reports for me in the in the past so perhaps they just needed to know nothing has changed.

For what it's worth for anyone going through the same thing the new company, Maximus seem to be more open than Atos about the stages of admin progress with forms. They will tell you exactly where your forms have progressed to and explain each step. Also, the people I have spoken to so far have been really understanding of my garbled speech and panic on the phone.

I am glad you found my mini-novel interesting, Izadora! It is so difficult to describe these aspects because there is almost nothing to relate it to unless you have the condition. I tried!

Awww, Tuna! I am glad you had a lovely day, how kind of you to think of me!

Tea, I must know....is Morton Harket still hot?? :rotfl:

I was 6 when Take on Me came out. Apparently my mum found me in tears one day.... I told her I couldn't marry Morten Harket because I'd end up with a silly name (my first name really wouldn't go with Harket :rotfl:).

Fortunately I've since discovered I could keep my own name so if he's ever looking, I'm there :D

Awwwwww! How sweet! I was 16 and everyone at school had a massive crush on him. He was sooooo attractive to teenage girls (or to anyone?). I had the Take On Me live video recorded off the tv and used to watch it repeatedly for hours.

I shall do the decent thing and step back though tea, you can have him! :rotfl:

I was obviously doing it wrong as a teenager, as I had posters of album art from prog rock bands (and Iron Maiden, who don't really fall into the prog rock category).

I should have got one of Kate Bush instead :D , she wrote some amazing songs and so beautiful :o

  • Kate Bush is wonderful! I had all of her albums! When I was younger I was told I looked like her (we had the same hair, I am not that attractive!) and I took it as a huge compliment!
