It's good that your wife's mum could eventually accept you as well.
Thanks also for the kind comments Omollmeg. My girlfriend and I are still kinda taking things slow since its only been a couple of weeks since we made it official... but we've worked out when we'll spend time together and also made allowances for a bit of time out of the house. It's all a bit new to me since I've never really had a real relationship... even though I was with my ex for four years, we didn't see each other regularly cos of his job so I feel like a bit of an amateur in all of this!
It's going well right now though She would always like to say,
