    Having a bf/gf whatever, makes absolutely no difference to the divorce proceedings.
  • Maureen, my advice is to learn from the mistakes (and advice) of others because none of us not live long enough to make all the mistakes for ourselves unfortunately!

    Is the guy genuine or not? Who knows, but at least keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything ...

    Thank you for the honesty. I need to hear it!

    I think I will have a conversation with him along the lines that, although I understand he's having a rough time, I don't want to be in a secret relationship. I am worth more than that.
