No, I'm not a chubby chaser either! :D

Nor me. I do worry that it marks me out as "shallow" though.

    Male.

Farting, poor hygiene, potty mouth, smoking, tattoos, piercings, bad teeth, big bums/tums, low intellect, low or non-existent libido, dislikes cats.

Fat isn't deal breaker for me, although lack of slimness is.
I'm gutted Glooendoom, we could have been so perfect together :rotfl:

I fart [IBS], I swear...a lot [Dragged up], I have pierced ears [at months old by my mother], have a fat !!!!, next to no libido [due to a non-sleeping toddler, so constantly knackered] and I LOATHE cats.

Thankfully my OH seems to quite like my 'traits' so I'm not too upset :D

I'm female and my deal breakers [if I needed them, which I don't] are:

    Man-child behaviour
    Rude
    Selfish
Diamond earrings [no idea why, just wouldn't be able to see past it]

Oh, and men who use the term 'chubby chaser'......sign of a massive te@t in my eyes.

    Poor personal hygiene
    Controlling behaviour

Ha ha! Sounds like a lucky escape for both of us.

I do agree about men with diamond earrings though. I don't find them remotely attractive.
  • Female

    Deal breakers would be:

Smoking, shorter/same height as me/aggressive/arrogance/too much body & facial hair/Bad breathe, teeth or body odour

I think I was first to post no religion, that's not no Christians it's no religious people whatsoever. Christians have their "unequal yoke" thing, the less mainstream have all sorts of cultural expectations that if you're female you need to convert so the kids will be raised in the "correct" faith.

My Jewish granny, Catholic dad and Protestant mum can tut and sigh all they want. OHs gran isn't happy that he's marrying a jew even though I'm not because we are both atheists which they think is some sort of nazi

Just a bit of Thursday fun! :D

I was talking about this today with my friend. One of her 'deal breakers' was that she would never marry a vegan! She said she had 10 years with one, and it was a constant battle trying to appease him with meals/food. Also, he cannot smoke.

My deal breakers would be no smokers, and he has to be taller than me. He must have a job, and no halitosis. :rotfl:

My friend's son, who is in his early 20s, said he would never date a girl with tattooes, and he would never date anyone fat!

Tell me your dealbreakers, and tell me if you're female or male :)

    Thank you.

You're shocked by someone not wanting to be with a fat person ( they can lose weight ) yet you wouldn't date someone shorter than you ( something they have no control of) ...:rotfl:

    Double standards.
  • It reminds me of a online coversataion that's doing the rounds on facebook.

    Woman: Hi
    Man: Hey

    Woman: How tall are you?
    Man: I'm 6ft 3....why?

    Woman: Oh, that's good
    Man: How heavy are you?

    Woman: Why does that matter?

Man: Why did my height matter?

Although I regard myself as a Christian, I was unaware of the "equal yoke" thing so had to look it up.

    I did find this...

1 Corinthians 7:12-14: “…If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband…”

It looks like it is official: an unbelieving spouse should not be a deal breaker for Christians.
