You aren't going to get cold, if you can source wood for those stoves. They've fitted the largest they can squeeze in! :D

Certainly on the market since October, with no price change. Looks like a nice property....

Edit for Dave : NO FLAT ROOFLINE ANYWHERE... :D:D

  • I know the area well - my immediate concern would be that the triangle of land between M4 M5 and M49 is prime development territory. [Strike]Sadly Broke[/Strike] Bradley Stoke didn't exist 30 years ago, look at it now!

Looks like there's more room in this one, but Express Agency means no detail or floor plans and it's impossible to spot on Street View, so probably up that private drive.

On the market since October + Express = but just blind prejudice really! I have lots of phobias. :o

Hmm, interesting one this. Loads of character. :)

Nice-looking house, but hard to work out the layout without floor plans.

Alarm bells ringing though: It needs two huge wood-burners and partial central heating to keep warm (which rooms have CH and what heats the rads)?
Sloping garden above house with lots of plants that love wet conditions - if you see this post before going to view it, Sparky, take a damp meter with you!

    ..Good Luck! :)

You can see it on google earth. Corner of the L, so not strictly speaking end of terrace, as it appears to be joined to neighbours on 2 sides.

This is one of the neighbouring properties, 3 bed that sold this time last year for £380k...

Edit - actually it's not impossible to spot on streetview :p

Thanks.Yes I thought it was part of that one up the private lane, away from the rat-run road, which is good.

The plants and photos do indicate some lack of light in the garden, but it's a very personal thing whether someone wants open and expansive (expensive?) views or more shelter and seclusion.

The views look a tad too expansive from the toilet for my liking

I like it - all in all better than the other house imho
