After reading these pages I dont know if I shouldn't even bother to chase up or just wait and see. I don't want to chase them then get charged extra so I may just sit this one out and wait and see what happens.

There NOT answering the Dame Phones they cant be A**ed to reply to my Email ether,

makes me wonder what sort of company this is anyway mums going mad because if im charged on that card for the shower gels in full i will get overdrawn bank charges on the two orders i placed and i really dont need that there services are about as useful as a wet box of match's :mad: :mad: :mad:

Good luck!! I hope they do reply. You are better having written evidence anyway. took them a few hours yesterday to reply back to me. Their customer service stinks!!
If they think this will boost their customers and orders, their having a laugh
